deiterLine Privacy Notice and Terms
deiterLine does not collect personal data, sell data or advertising.
The only data collected will be account information for each user to allow for account creation and sign in, as well as subscriber Callings, Initiatives, and Notes. This information for each user will be hosted and stored through a poly-encrypted platform to ensure all information stored is only accessible by the subscriber who created the data. Subscribers can delete their account and terminate use of deiterLine at any time. This process will delete any and all information related to Subscriber's account.

deiterLine and its employees do not collect, sell or outsource any user data to advertisers, other websites, or any other entity that is not a part of DEITERLINE, LLC. All information included in each Subscriber's deiterLine experience is created entirely by that Subscriber, and will be the sole property of that user for the duration of their subscription to deiterLine.

Creators at deiterLine will have limited access to user interaction data through the Apple Developer Center. This way, without revealing the identity of any user, deiterLine and its employees can monitor user engagement, track where deiterLine is being used geographically, and visualize screen time and interaction from users to create an enhanced user experience.

The California Online Privacy Protection Act of 2003 – Business and Professions Code sections 22575-22579 requires "any commercial websites or online services that collect personal information on California residents through a web site to conspicuously post a privacy policy on the site.”
